The Founder
My name is Richard van Beek. For more than 25 years, I worked as an independent physiotherapist and performance coach, guiding professional footballers to stay strong and focused. But when the world stopped during the COVID crisis, I realized how vulnerable my business truly was — and I promised myself I’d never feel that powerless again.
That moment sparked a new journey. I retrained, rebuilt, and turned my passion for precision and performance into something lasting — Currenstate. Today, my team and I run this eCommerce journey full-time, with the same dedication and discipline I once brought to the field.
